Whew, what a year it has been so far! I must say that the 2011 Exhibitor Registration has started with a bang. We have well over 200 exhibitors registered and still three months to go for the registration period. Where has this year gone though, seriously? I swear it was just January yesterday.
Exhibitor registration is open until August 31, 2011. Late rate period begins on July 1, 2011 — only 3 weeks left of the regular rate period. Also all exhibitors who register before July 22, get their booth name and location printed in the Festival Program, a festival first! And in case you are wondering, all your old favourites are back this year in our Exhibitor Marketplace, plus we are seeing a lot of new faces — a great mix to make for a great shopping day. I love shopping.
We have also opened up our Advertising period, which runs until July 6, 2011. Our official Festival Program once again won the Festivals & Events Ontario Achievement Award for Best Printed Program, thank you very much, so here is your chance to be a part of it! Advertise in our Festival Program or KidStreet Activity Guide to get your name out to our visitors! Advertising is open both to Exhibitors and outside advertisers. Plus, your ad will appear in both our printed and digital versions of our festival programs. This year both our Official Festival Program and the KidStreet Activity Guide — designed by Owlkids so it is pretty cute — will be going digital.
Have you checked out our digital program? It is pretty cool, if I do say so myself. It has the capability to be interactive and have multimedia elements to it, this means your ads can too! Plus it is compatible with Android Smartphones, iPads, iPhones and iPod Touches. Our digital program is only made possible by our friends and sponsors Webcom. Click here for more information about WEBview, the service Webcom offers that makes our digital Festival Program a possibility.
If you are interested in exhibiting at the 2011 festival or wish to place an ad, don’t hesitate to contact me, Kristen, at email@example.com.
Till next time, make sure you enjoy the sun as much as you can.
