The Book Revue is a monthly program that pairs iconic books with the films that they inspired. This month though, The Word On The Street and The Revie Cinema are mixing it up! We are celebrating the release of Geoff Pevere’s new book Donald Shebib’s Goin’ Down the Road (co-published by U of T Press and TIFF) based on the 1970 Canadian film Goin’ Down the Road.
Geoff Pevere has been a long-time host at The Word On The Street (this year he’ll be hosting the brand new Nothing But The Truth Tent), so we were happy to partner with The Revue Cinema to help make the launch of his book a success! And we invite all of you to join us!
